It is easier to build a system of good processes than try to build one process in isolation.

Building a habit is easier if you make it part of a larger system called routine.

Let’s talk about one of my personal examples-

I wanted to gain weight, for that I needed to eat more. I tried eating more but I failed miserably.

Then I started hitting the gym, sweating it out burns calories and it makes you feel the hunger for more food. My food intake, and weight automatically started to go up

You see how it was different to build 1 habit – eating more, but it’s easy when coupled with another good habit – working out.
