Good habits supplement each other. Working out will make you sleep better, eat better, perform better. All these just as a consequence to one good habit of working out.

Another example, sleeping early will lead to waking up early, focus hours in the morning, distraction less time to be with yourself and get a lead on the day.

Get into good habits. Even one or two will lead to 10 other habits. They all supplement each other.
