At 6 AM I’ve to make tea for my parents, so for me I’ve to wake up and do it. It’s compulsory & it’s something I like to start my morning with.
This ensures I get up no later than 6 AM.
If you attach good habits to compulsory actions then it becomes a lot easier to practice those habits.
Set up your compulsory habits, they should have some aspect of accountability to someone you respect. It’ll make you motivated to do it.
